Dough
- 2 cups whole wheat flour
- 1 cup white flour
- 2 tbsp salt

Dough should be thick and firm to roll thin sheets without tearing.
Step-by-Step Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large pot. Sauté chopped onion, minced garlic, and ginger until golden and fragrant.
