  • ٤ ملاعق نشاء

  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 small cup sweetened condensed milk (or 1 small cup sugar)
  • 4 tablespoons cornstarch

الطريقة (عربي)

  1. تذوّب الزبدة وتُحمّس الشعيرية حتى يشقر لونها.
  2. يُصب الماء الساخن وتُطبخ حتى ينشف الماء.
  3. في قدر آخر يُخلط الحليب السائل مع الحليب المكثف والنشاء حتى ينجانس.
  4. يُصب الخليط فوق الشعيرية ويُحرّك حتى يثقل القوام.
  5. تُسكب في قوالب وتُزيّن بجوز الهند أو الفستق.
  6. تُقدّم دافئة… وبالعافية 🤎🍮
